About Us: We are a physician-owned private practice dedicated to delivering high-quality, individualized care in a collaborative environment. Our team includes five physician who are board certified in orthopedics and hand surgery and four occupational therapists, 2 of which are CHTs. This clinic is recognized for its excellence in musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation, with a particular focus on hand to shoulder diagnoses. As a member of the therapy team, you will work closely with the surgeons to provide seamless, patient-centered care.
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This role will focus primarily on treating patients with shoulder conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation and conservative, non-surgical management but may also include other arm conditions. You will work hand-in-hand with orthopedic physicians for seamless, collaborative care in a small, patient-focused practice where you’ll see the difference you make every day. 
Responsibilities:   

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with shoulder-related diagnoses. May also occasionally treat elbow, wrist and hand injuries.  
  Provide evidence-based therapy for both surgical and non-surgical cases. 
• Collaborate with referring physicians and the care team to optimize recovery and patient satisfaction.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term health.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.

Requirements

   Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program. 
   Current Physical Therapy license or Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility) in North Carolina. 
   Strong interest and/or experience in treating shoulder conditions. 
   Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
