Description
Five years OT experience in work-related rehabilitation and FCE experience preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate and fit. New hire will be trained and work under close supervision (remotely) to collect data using standardized test protocols and functional activities and compile reports regarding physical, cognitive, and visual-perceptual deficits that impair ADL and work function after an injury or as a result of chronic illness. Minimum number of days in the clinic is 2/week and reports can be written from home.
Must have excellent communication skills, basic word and excel skills, writing skills, and ability to work independently and meet legal deadlines. Due to the type of services provided and training involved, a 1-year contract is required. There is also the opportunity to provide additional OT services in addition to FCEs should you wish to expand into other service areas and increase hours.
Salary dependent upon level of experience starting at $35/hour and increasing with knowledge and proficiency, earning potential $55/hour.
